A Refurbishment & Demolition Asbestos Surveyis more intrusive than a standard management survey and is designed to locate asbestos-containing materials that could be disturbed by the proposed works.

Our surveyors investigate the areas affected by the project and, where necessary, use intrusive techniques to access concealed materials. Suspected ACMs are sampled and submitted for laboratory analysis where appropriate.

The resulting report provides contractors, project managers and property owners with important information about the location and extent of asbestos so that suitable control measures can be planned before work begins.
