An Asbestos Management Survey is designed to locate, as far as reasonably practicable, asbestos-containing materials within a building and provide sufficient information for those materials to be safely managed.

Our surveyors carry out a systematic inspection of the property, identifying materials that may contain asbestos and taking representative samples where appropriate. Samples are submitted for suitable laboratory analysis, with the results incorporated into a clear and comprehensive report.

The report can include information relating to the location, extent, condition and accessibility of identified asbestos-containing materials, together with recommendations to assist with ongoing management.
